Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal and in some countries by online transfer.
If the method of payment by credit card is chosen, the charge is made at the time of shipment of the order.
In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically resolved.
The active payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Sofort, Bancontact, Cartes Bancaires, Ideal, Paypal, Direct, Maestro, Alipay, WeChat.
Attention: During the transaction, additional payment authentication may be required from your banking institution, such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and AMEX SafeKey.
We suggest to enter the data relating to the billing address coinciding with the header data of the credit card.
In order to prevent internet fraud, the payment of orders placed on www.krocette.com is managed online by the bank concerned through its secure servers. The bank concerned is responsible for the storage and automatic processing in a protected environment of the information relating to each order, including financial information.
All financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are directly managed by the bank concerned which guarantees the safety of online transactions.
krocette is not aware of the details of the credit card and is therefore unable to file or keep them in any way.
Free standard shipping and returns on all orders.
All orders placed through the krocette Online Shop are subjected to a check which takes up to 48 working hours. Once approved, the order is prepared and shipped. You will be sent a notification email accompanied by the shipment tracking number; also by clicking on the tracking link, you can view the current status of the delivery. Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to change the address or the shipping method.
TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS
The average delivery times of the order (starting from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email) depend on the type of delivery chosen from:

Orders may be delayed in shipment and delivery in case of holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th .
Standard shipping, with the exception of special promotional initiatives, is free for orders over € 300. In-store delivery is always free.
Below are the shipping costs applied for each country.
The countries where krocette provides the delivery service are indicated in the list above.
All other countries are excluded, with the following regions:
- Isole Canarie (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro)
- Isola di Man
- Territori Francesi (Guadalupa, Martinica e La Réunion)
- Isole Baleari (Ibiza, Formentera, Maiorca, Minorca)
- San Marino
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated during the purchase (note: we do not deliver to PO Boxes). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), during normal office hours. If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, he will leave a non-shipment notice after each failed attempt. The number of attempts may vary depending on the shipping country. If it is not possible to deliver the package, it will be returned to the krocette warehouse.
Your order will be delivered to the krocette store chosen by you during the purchase.
From the day of delivery of your order at the krocette store, you will have 10 days (calendar) to go to the store and collect your package. After 10 days, the package will return to our warehouse and the order will be canceled.
In order to collect your purchase, you will be asked to confirm your order and a valid identity document. If you have designated another person to collect your order, this must present themselves with their valid identity document and complete with a photograph of them and a proxy.
Right of withdrawal
Krocette wants to ensure maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or in the unfortunate event that products qualitatively not compliant with the requirements are delivered, you can return the purchased product within 30 days from the delivery date.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
Returns are always free on Krocette.com if you use the pre-printed Krocette label. If you decide to make the return using another delivery service, the costs will be entirely at your expense and we will not be able to take any responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to Krocette stores and vice versa.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for customized products.
Request a return
You will be asked for the order number and the email through which you made the purchase. You will need to specify the item / items to be returned and the reason for the return.
The return can take place in one of the two ways listed below, to be selected at the time of the request:
- Free return collection by courier (printer required)
- Shipping via shipping label at your expense (Attention: shipping costs with this method will not be refunded)
- Through our dedicated Customer Service.
Once the procedure is complete, you will receive by email the instructions to proceed with the return.
We remind you that the returned products must be sent in the original package or, if damaged, in a package of equivalent size and consistency.
The product must not have been used and must not have suffered any type of damage; furthermore, the instructions must be followed correctly to proceed with the return. Krocette will refund the return only if all the previous conditions are respected.
Once the Krocette warehouse has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return will be sent to you.
The refund will be made by crediting a credit card or PayPal account depending on the instrument used during the purchase.
When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.
In case of return of an order due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs will be reimbursed, if incurred during the purchase phase. In case of return for different reasons, the shipping costs will not be refunded (if paid).
